Embsay Steam Railway!

The Embsay Steam Railway is volunteer run and something that really should be supported as much as possible. It's a credit to them how they provide first class service even in these difficult times. Mum, Dad and I had our own little carriage and enjoyed the journey to Bolton Abbey and back. It's amazing how much the trains have changed...and not for the better in many a way!!

Following our brilliant ride, we walked along by Skipton Castle for a look around the shops. It was exceptionally quiet despite it being market day...sad really.

I am now very much looking forward to the return of Strictly Come Dancing. Yipppeee!!!
