Therapy

Thank you so much for your good wishes for Merlin. He must know we are all rooting for him as he is bright and eating today. The focus now is on trying to get his liver to a more normal functioning level.

I thought you might like to see the latest, and Halloween themed, knitted wreath in the village - one of the series which appears on a certain cottage door and created by a mystery knitter.

It has been a wet and windy day so it was good timing for my morning (online) Tai Chi workshop. I felt very relaxed and flexible afterwards. It was a most effective way to get rid of the stresses of the week. It is quite amazing how it can calm the mind and body.

This afternoon I braved the weather and walked to Emsworth to see the sea and the boats bobbing around madly in the gusts of wind. Also therapeutic but in a rather different way!
