WALK IT OFF

OH BUM!!!!!

WEEK 49: lost 1 stone 7lbs+STILL!
AIM: not to give up!

Gosh this is hard.....I have tried quite hard for the last 3 weeks but have lost hardly anything. I have not been very good at sticking to the no snacking aim but have walked for over 6 hours in that time!
I'm blipping late in the hope that Saturday's weight might have been under the 14:1! But still missed it!
Feeling really deflated will I ever get below 14 stone!
