JUST A LITTLE BIT!

WEEK 48 still lost 1 stone 7lbs+
AIM: to get to 14:0

Bit disappointed it was only a small loss but at least it's a loss!!! I am going to keep the same Eating plan as I think it was definitely the least calorific.
Have just been for a long walk so think I've earned a treat....bacon sarnie here I come!!!!
