After Show ShenanaGINS

Double shows today with a matinee at 2.30 and evening performance at 7.30... The matinee wasn't very busy but the evening performance was much fuller!

I headed home to then meet Kirst and go into town to Miro's cocktail bar to meet Steven, Stuart, Adam and Phil who I haven't seen since New Year. It was such a laugh!! Steven had his first slippery nipple...

We moved onto O'Neils about 1:30am after Stuart finished conducting the whole bar through various Scottish classic songs a little bit of Les Mis and some Singing Kettle! We met Emma who I sit next to in Sinf + Mike and Debs, who had also been playing in the show. All in all a good banter crazy good night.

I also managed somehow to get Miro to give me two Bombay Sapphire glasses for Kirst. :-) it was meant to be a surprise for the meal I am cooking her tomorrow but carrying a box with two glasses in it carefully and secretly was more challenging that I thought...!! She said how much she loved then so I sweet talked Miro into letting me have two... I did offer him money but he didn't want it. Bless his heart.

Music shouldn't be based around money or politics. Music should be a bunch of people that really do great songs together doing them together for the pursuit of having a good time.
