Valentine's Day (Part 2)
Today I cooked dinner for Kirst as part of her Valentine's Day special treats. I started with Raspberry twist cocktails which I'm pretty chuffed I got the whole two tone thing working!! Followed by a started of Parma Ham Valentine T-he-arts... Baked Italian Chicken and mini pavlova's which I had never even attempted to make before. I have never even made a meringue before!!
Kirst gave me 10/10 which I was pretty chuffed at!!!
