Glencoyne Park
After breakfast I drove back from my friend’s and then after a quick turnaround I headed down to Brackenrigg to meet an old friend who is up with family this week. The weather had been pretty diabolical first thing, very wet and windy, but we were very lucky and stayed dry all afternoon and although the car park was chock full we tucked in and then set off piste and didn’t see another soul for the whole walk until we got back down again. We visited the Glencoyne pine (extra) and were concerned by what looked like a fair bit ash die back. Made it back just as darkness fell; a smashing walk.
