Southwold and beyond

A lovely sunny morning, so out to Aldeburgh for a mooch along the beach and the shops; past Maggi Hambling's Scallop to Thorpeness; headed inland towards Framlingham and its castle and locations for the TV series 'Detectorists'.  Stopped off for a rather fine lunch at the White Horse at Badingham. Found the location for the DMDC club meetings. Back to Southwold for some pottering, and an evening walk on the beach. Back home for fizz and reading.
