Sooooooo..................... today Ann had a mission. Her mission was to find a 'food bank' to volunteer at. Obviously my owner is not very 'volunteer savy'. …........She just thought she'd rock up at a food bank and say; 'Here I am, what would you like me to do?'  Apparently 'volunteering' is like everything else in this digital age.......................... One has to fill out an online application form first. Grrrr.................. She did it. But that just made her angry!!!

…...................So she also filled out a few other application forms for 'paid' work in the lead up to Christmas.  Whoever replies to her first, whether it be a paid job or a volunteer role, gets her!!!   And I know I'm biased because obviously Ann is the bestest little collie pup owner in the world............... But seriously........................... Ann had her first job when she was 13 years old (which was a paper round) in 1972 and she has worked ever since. And now she's 61 years old???!!! Is a CV really necessary for a minimum wage job or a voluntary role??? Who cares what O grades she got in 1975?

Anyway the whole experience of not even being able to secure a volunteering role has left Ann really depressed so she went into, 'Lets re-arrange the living room furniture' mode. At the start of lock down Ann re-arranged our living room so that we had room for a 'fitness studio'. Her motivation for leaping around in the living room doing Utube fitness videos only lasted a week. Lol. ...........7 months on and she still hasn't got any motivation for doing anything.  Apart from looking after me.

Now that it's getting cold we had to move the sofa away from the radiator so that we could be warm and cosy. It's really cold in Edinburgh compared with Cornwall.

I've had three big walks today and that's why I'm looking all cute and gorgeous lying in my bed.

......................And Ann has lots of 'soaps' to watch tonight..................
