Monday already?

Another early start with the puppy who was so happy to see me just after 6. Off out for my walk just after 8 when Mr PHL got back from dropping K at the station. Thought I’d been out for longer than yesterday but turned out much the same distance of just over 7.5km in a similar time. 5 more days to walk in this challenge - I’m hoping to be disciplined enough to keep it up into November.

Nipped to the supermarket after lunch (leftover Chinese food which was yummy) and made sausage casserole for dinner.

Other than walking the puppy and doing a load of washing it’s been a fairly quiet day. Thank you so much for comments, stars and favourites for yesterday’s puppy in the leaves blip - very much appreciated.
