Although the day deteriorated ( it was pouring and gray by mid afternoon) when I walked to the Parliament around 8.00 am it was a lovely faded late autumn morning which showed off Edinburgh , and the views across and from Edinburgh, to wonderful effect.

My blip looks down from the New Town to Leith , the Forth and the island of Inchkeith.
