Bridge 30 - Middlewich Branch

More socially distanced geocaching with Paul today. Our walk was shorter than normal so after completing a circuit near Lostock Gralam we drove over to Middlewich to look for a cache we had failed to find last week. Having confirmed the we were in the right area we were successful this time and we also did a couple more in the canal series, this time along the Middlewich branch of the Shropshire Union Canal.

This is Ettens bridge, number 30 on the branch and the penultimate bridge before it links up with the Trent and Mersey canal via the UK's smallest canal, the Wardle canal. The photograph is not s close as usual but I wanted to get in the boat and trees.
