Rescue Mission

After a morning effort packing the car with boxes of sorted stuff, I found some time to lift a few things from the garden.   Iris unguicularis forms - the wrong time of year to move them but I could not be here in Spring, some alpines and assorted stray bulbs including this Crocus caspius.   I pictured one a week ago in Wales - now I will have two there :-)    Again, the rescue was from an increasingly overgrown patch. 

Back to Wales tomorrow.   Looking at the forecast, we may need a boat!
