Early Start

A trip to the garage at breakfast time for two new front tyres. Gwalia garage is on the edge of the marshes so I took Meg down Gwalia to Broadwater while the work was done. The threatened rain never showed up so despite the heavy skies it was a pleasant interlude. Up on the embankment, where the pic was taken, Meg decided I should throw ball for her to chase. No ball. She still pranced around inviting me to play so I threw small stones and she tore after them instead. Mad dog!

More tidying and sorting back home … and Meg had a much needed bath, something she’s not keen on. She needs carrying in but behaves well when clipped to the handle on the Bath. She does love the attention of a post Bath brush though :-)

Time with Jamie this afternoon, quick turn at work then off to stay at the windmill before another early start to meet up with Ruth.
