Lunch time with Dadda

We went to meet Daddy at his office today and then went for a picnic lunch - and a sneaky look around the shops, which was rather successful (I did manage to put back the cashmere jumper I fell in love with, with the logic that I had one exactly the same but in a different colour). 

The boys ran around and around, super excited to be in a city and with Daddy at lunch time.  After Daddy left to go back to the office, I treated them to a go on the cars outside the shop, which was without a doubt the highlight of the day. 

Home to do some colouring, which went down very well and then flop in front of the tv / cook dinner - depending upon who you are in the house... 

Today I'm grateful for: 
The pure joy in meeting the husband for lunch 
Lovely calm, quiet colouring with the boys opting to both colour the same picture - together 
The squeals of delight to each other on the cars
