Archie's Wood, Loch Eynort #1
I found this amazing wood at Loch Eynort truly breathtaking. This part of the wood is very striking with its soft mounds of vivid green sphagnum moss and some beautiful delicate birch leaves hanging on still .
We arrived home this evening and plan to edit and sort through my photos in the next few days. Here is the first in a short series from Archie's wood.
Catching up with the news and the overwhelming sadness of the Iranian family drowned crossing the channel.
A very grey extra from The Minch on the way back. It was too choppy for comfort and for the first time in many years I felt quite nauseous. So it was freezing cold upper deck in the wind for me trying to avoid the smokers !
