Trichia decipiens

This morning I found one of my favourites, the tiny orange slime mould Trichia decipiens also known as 'Eggs of Salmon'. Each of these orange fruiting bodies stands on a minute translucent/white stalk. 

Delighted to say that zoology daughter got her MSc results yesterday: a distinction in every paper.
