Leaving work at 17:00 I was surprised to see how light it was, as I drove home I could see the sun setting and the sky beginning to turn. So, I dropped my bags off at home, changed into more sensible footwear, grabbed the camera and headed up to Castle Hill Park. As the sky turned orangey pink a huge Doberman ran over and frightened the life out of me. So, I ignored it and took a picture, then it took great objection to the click of the shutter and decided to bark quite furiously at me as it's owners appeared at the bottom of the field. They called the dog over & held it by it's collar (no lead? That's sensible, not!) and apologised as they walked by. No harm done so I called back, "No problem". I should have shouted something a little less polite when it escaped it's owners and came charging over to me again, barking and taking no notice of it's owners calls to go back to them. After 20 seconds or so it finally saw sense and ran back to it's owners whilst I made a rapid exit from the fields.

I wouldn't say I was scared, but it was certainly fearful the second time it ran over. Why some eejuts don't keep their dogs under control is beyond me.
