The Many Flavours of Tig...

We took Ewan to try out some rugby this morning. He tried out football a couple of times but didn't take to it. I found out from someone that the Rugby club just round the corner from the house, opposite the kid's school, did kids rugby sessions for Ewan's age group.

It didn't ressemble rugby in the turn depiction of the game other than there were rugby balls around but more like organised games of many different types of tig. We had Disco Tig, Toilet Tig, Sheep Tig, Seaweed tig and all sorts of other types.

He did wane a little at the end, feigning a sore tummy which did seem like it wasn't what was up but he went back for the final game and the crisps and juice in the clubhouse afterwards, so he may get into it.
