Autumn day

Village life felt normal today although I did not walk through the high street, which must have been very quiet with most shops closed. The market was the same as last week but everyone, including the shopkeepers, seemed eager to chat for longer than usual before heading home.
This is one of our neighbours house, one of the nicest in the village ( ours, pink, can be seen in the left corner).
