We had a very wet and windy night but the wind had died down by this morning and the clouds gradually cleared and we had a fine day.
MrD was on deliveries.
I had a nice walk around the garden. Potted up another batch of garlic cloves, they'd started sprouting on the kitchen windowsill.
Noticed that a couple of the baby Babbington Leeks (perennial) have started growing, Maybe I need to raise them off the ground because weather warm and slugs&snails still active :-((
The Starlings are Back!! there were about a dozen of them checking the bird feeders, then flying around frantically, as they do ... 
Also noticed the pair of very late ripe raspberries, left them for the blackbirds :-)
Last couple of Bramley apples came down in the storm, so glad we picked most of them when we did.
