Earthworks

Given the recent weather it was a lovely day today. Good enough to get the shorts out again.

Spent a good three + hours digging up the raspberry and strawberry mound in preparation for 2 raised beds going in for next spring.

The cane roots go deep and are prolific. Three bags of roots removed!

Sad news of the death of a friend’s mother. The travel restrictions mean we can’t even go to speak in person and of course comforting hugs are not possible either.
