The Halloween full moon was visible (cloud permitting) everywhere in the world tonight for the first time since 1944 so, arbitrary as these things are, I thought I'd do it the honour of watching it rise. I didn't spot any water on it.
I did spot plenty of water this morning though, as I waited in a socially distanced vegetable stall queue for twenty minutes in torrential rain.
In between times I extended the kitchen bench. If I'm going to be here another seven months it's worth putting in some effort to make cooking a little easier.
(On a dark background, i.e. large, you can see quite a bit more of the picture.)
