Dark and dismal day

Getting ready for lockdown on Thursday.

I managed to get some fresh fish to put in the freezer. I've noticed it's harder to source these days. I've also stopped buying meat from the supermarket as buying ethically reared meat is cheaper from a proper butcher. This not only puts money back into our local economy but helps the the food chain generally. It'll be just: local farmer - butcher - me, rather than who knows how many stages to get meat from the farmer, through the supermarket process then on to me.

The clouds might lift tomorrow afternoon so I can get a walk.
