Poppies

A wet walk around the garden this morning and I spotted these 2 poppies so I cut them and brought them in along with a rose bud. 
I bought some lovely boots this morning after seeing Margaret at the farm shop. I went into town to pick up my new glasses and it was so different to last week. Today the shops were heaving, queues outside some and lots of people about. I quickly got all I wanted then came home. 
I took photos of the rose,  it had opened and also some decaying flowers.
