Dunwich - beach and heath

Set off this morning for a pre-lockdown day out.  Dunwich fulfilled my need for sea, sky and space for the next month. We really are too far from the sea for my liking.
Sizewell B within view and its spooky dome glinting in the sun see extra.
Walked on the beach though Murray was reluctant to walk on the fine shingle where his feet sank into it. Had over an hour walk on the heath hoping for lunch from the cafe at the end of it.  Sadly the cafe was shut, I'd brought lunch for Murray and OH had cereal bars which I'm no fan of.  Had a welcome dinner on return home.
I had thought before setting off that I'd so far managed to retain my camera lens cap - until today. A good day despite no lunch.
