when life gives you lemons...

..its time to make a lemon drizzle cake! This one is vegan, gluten free and very very lemony! We will be eating it for dessert tonight as a change from apples.

A nice quiet  day today, which included: reading ("Bleak House" more enjoyable than I expected), baking (made bread as well) and walking (with D to Routin Brig).
