Today has been my birthday. I was *ho hum* years old today. But in my terms, now getting on just a bit. With my children now just about fully-fledged adults (19 and 23) I am officially well and truly middle-aged.
I have had some lovely gifts today, been taken out for dinner and have now enjoyed two (yes two!) of these delicious birthday cupcakes.
The day started off really rubbish but I knew it could only get better which it did!
