Having a long-term chronic illness, one becomes accustomed to sitting in medical establishments. Yes, sitting in the waiting room, either at the hospital or the doctors requires patience, a calm nature and usually a good book or magazine.
Today I paid a visit to the newly-opened health centre where my GP is. I took with me some reading material (the camera manual for my new toy!) and my constant companion, the little Pentax.
This visitor brought nothing but she had a good window and a bright, warm sunny day to look out at.
