Fingle Bridge

The last day of our short break in Cornwall. We were up and on the road in good time this morning. We had a short stop at the lovely Fingle Bridge just before lunchtime. The autumn colours were fabulous. Then we headed into Exeter to meet up with Rosie for lunch. She has lectures on Wednesday morning but a free afternoon and it was great to catch up and see her before lockdown tomorrow.

Back on the road we made good progress and were home before 8pm. It has been a great few days, we'd always planned to come back today but it proved to be the right choice given lockdown starts again tomorrow.
