A visit to the country park

Had planned to go for a walk after dropping K at the train station but just didn’t feel like it so came home, had breakfast and took Phin out for half an hour. We met some lovely new dogs and their owners.

After lunch we took Phin up to one of the local country parks and the wee rat managed to get into the pond beside the cafe - only up to his chest but he was pretty damp and then fell into a muddy puddle so he was damp AND muddy. Luckily we had towels with us. He had a long nap when we got home!

I’ve been playing around with iMovie today to pull together video messages for Mr PHL’s 60th on Saturday. its relatively straightforward to use (thankfully) and I should be able to get it done before his birthday. Just waiting on the last couple of messages to come through tomorrow and I will be done.
