Kind Autumn

Another day to make the heart sing.  A frosty start, glorious sunshine all day, still and calm.  The autumn colours brightening the landscape (these pictured being those on the blueberry bush in the garden).  Birds hopping in the trees and bushes, as they search for berries and insects.

Merlin's test results brought some positive news.  The toxins in his blood have lowered significantly.  The other indicators of liver function were still too high and not showing any real sign of improvement but we hope it is just a matter of time before they start to move in the right direction.  For now he will continue on his medication, keep rested and warm, fed on tasty nutritious food and have another blood test in two weeks time.
