Roadside

Mild today, full of soft color. November has decided on another week of warmth. There’s garden work I won’t finish before I leave, so that’s a good thing.

Worked at my desk in the kitchen all day, and walked up the hill this evening. The kids entertained us at dinner with candidate commercials they’ve heard repeatedly on YouTube this year. D. can nail Bernie’s voice. We take what laughs we can get. D. bursts out of his room with frequent updates; we’re awaiting final results in the amazingly tight Georgia race right now. Onward...
