Web and barbed wire

I slept 5 whole hours without waking and needing the radio on. However they meant I was awake at 5.30 am.

I was almost ready for my lunch before I met Chris at her side of the valley for a new walk she’d found. The first part I’d done a lot, up to Whitton Hillhead, but then we went down through fields to Tosson Mill. Katy was in her garden so she joined us as far as the river. We are only supposed to walk with 1 other person so we took turns.

By the time I got myself hauled up the hill and home it was 12.45 and I’d walked 6 miles. I’m reading my book this afternoon while Mr C saws logs.

Friday night is G&T and hopefully we’ll be toasting a Biden win.
