Mud kitchen

Harp and Lincoln spent such a long time outside this afternoon. They love the mud kitchen. They where filthy . That's when you can tell they've had fun.

The doctor called earlier. The one that was going to phone was off but she's written me a letter. My shoulder bone has moved forward so they are putting in a physio referral and then hopefully a scan. He said that surgery might be a option in the future. But he's given me more painkillers. I did ask about a injection in it but that but he said the physio could do that .
