Back to work after a week off, and joy of joys - an INSET day.

This involved a bottom up review which was scaffolded and standards based, to sythesise optimal models in to a synergistic interface which could then be used as a living document which incorporates niche paradigms.

In the afternoon session explicit direct instruction was used to traingulate and morph in to a school based visualisation of risk taking........... blah, blah blah

Tomorrow I am going to teach some real children!
