Desert Island Discs Challenge Day 4

Just in case yesterday's disc was not quite cool enough...

Whilst stuck on my Desert Island (it has just occurred to me that Mrs J.Withers would prefer to be stuck on a dessert island) boom, boom tish!

Anyway the island being close to the equator, it would not have distinct seasons as we know them here in the northern hemisphere.

So this disc Autumn Leaves would remind me of home during the most beautiful season we have, it is great falling asleep asleep music on a saturday afternoon.

This Cannonball Adderley version also features the great Art Blakey on drums, and Miles Davis on an excrutiatingly, beautiful, muted trumpet.

Tomorrow's disc maybe 200 years older, or 50 years newer depending on the weather!
