Out Of Reach

The waves were something else this morning during my paddle. I managed to launch without incident. Coming back into the beach, however, I miscalculated my ability to paddle and was pummeled by a following wave. At least I was landing on sand, so all I did was get wet. This photo was taken from a ways off as I didn't want to be too close and get swept into the rocks.
