Atmospheric

After a lie-in and late breakfast, we decided on a local walk - my favourite, I think - around the back of Humbleton Hill, over the moors on a short stretch of St Cuthbert's Way, and back down through Wooler Common.

Bright sunshine when we set off, but it wasn't long before cloud started rolling in, and by the time we stopped briefly for a snack (near to where the Blip was taken), mist was swirling around the hill tops. We continued upward, in and out of mist, and walked along the moors in the sun, looking down on the clouds (extras). Fabulous! By the time we went down to the Common, the weather was clagging in, and I followed MrM as he walked in to the murk (extra).

Home for tea and crumpets. And the good news that Joe Biden is now President Elect of the US. Thank goodness for that...
