Yours is the Kingdom

My daughter has organised our church into doing a 24/7 prayer event - which means folk sign up to pray for an hour, night and day, for a whole week. I did my first hour this afternoon. If any blippers want us to pray for anything, just say, and I'll post it up on the request wall.

We helped her organise the room - which is a trail around the Lord's Prayer. This is the last bit - "For Yours is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory for ever and ever, Amen." I painted an old chair gold to represent his throne, with his crown of thorns hanging above it, surrounded by Hubble photos of different stars.

Lent challenge - to get involved locally - so I went and did some sanding at our church's community shop. Rest of day spent cleaning my Mum's flat.
