Celebrating

The papel picado (pierced paper), those these are made from plastic have adorned many streets in town since Día de los Muertos last weekend. The only way to showcase their true vibrancy is to use some HDR. Makes for a bit of a "false" image, but more in keeping with what my eye sees. This building is a restaurant popular with more budget conscious folks.
