Cheers!

The Man has a birthday today and we had booked, along with the B-I-L, to go out for Sunday lunch. Of course, that got cancelled. The first time in many years that the 3 of us haven't gone out for our birthdays and with the lockdown, even plan B of having B-I-L join us here was ruled out.

So, the dessert I made yesterday survived until this evening (you doubting lot!). Fudge was a great improvement on Munchies but I think, next time, I'll melt the fingers of fudge first.

The Man's favourite meal on these occassions is duck so I managed to get breasts in Cantonese plum sauce in my delivery. Very nice!

I haven't forgot it's Remembrance Sunday, I like to post that sort of blip on the 11th.
