Pork Ragù

Penne rigate with pork ragù.

The kitchen is a mess, as I still have half the pantry out to do an inventory on it (I finished the freezers yesterday and the fridge and spice cabinet this morning). I still managed to make dinner, which is one less can of tomatoes and one less bag of pasta for me to enter into my phone later.
