Monday Monster

Back to work and an early start for Annie with a drive to Bristol. Three more days before her boss returns and she can calm down a bit (she's been covering for her boss whilst on holiday).

Tonight I (Chris) was leading the 'Super Greens' group at the running club, our fastest group. I haven't run this pace for a few weeks so it was good to challenge myself as well as the group. A good run, pushing me along as much as I was leading them!!

Tonight's blip is another piece of Aylesbury 'street art' I spotted. We kind of liked this one.
