On our block, literally.

This very smart new tailor shop has opened up just round the corner, on our block, two mins away. It seems similar in style to the other posh evening dress shop that opened up recently, also on our block, two mins away in the opposite direction. Goodness knows what's happening as nobody has the cash at the moment to be getting a suit made-to-measure or buying a posh evening dress! Apart from the lack of cash generally, there's nowhere to go! And those shops seem a bit out of keeping in our barrio. Any ideas?

I contributed to our household today and made a big pot of bolognese sauce. Half used for dinner for spaghetti bolognese and pesto - probably our favourite lockdown dish we decided - and half for the freezer.

Respectable step count and quite a bit of desk work as one of our trainees decided to withdraw from the course at the end of day 1. I think that might be a first for me. It meant quite a lot of work for my colleague, who's main course tutor, and we had lots to change and agree on and it had to be done quickly!
