Red and Silver

It was dreich and and wet all day today and most of my time was inside. Quite a bit of Aptis test marking in the patio room and the smell of the chicken stock simmering away for 3 hours made it all very homely.  By the time I went out for fresh air in the early evening I already had over 8,000 steps. It's handy being able to pace the length of the house back and forwards while marking speaking tests.

Bb was out for a business dinner tonight again, so I watched a film that's been on my list for a wee while - Wild Rose - set in Scotland, Glasgow I think.  I enjoyed what I saw of it and am saving the other half.
