Unexpected day at work as Tess called in sick (not Covid). Bit of a pain as had loads to catch up on after being away for a few days. But the dogs were all really good. It's just so flipping busy everywhere :0(

They've shut the kids school tomorrow to do a deep clean as a precaution. Apparently some parents think it's ok to send their kids in with symptoms whilst they are awaiting test results. Haven't we had it all drummed into us to stay at home pending test results?! I think some parents can't bear the thought of looking after their own kids for 2 weeks so would rather send them to school to infect everyone else. I assume if the tests come back positive then potentially they won't be able to go back to school on Monday either.
