It actually has a name: triskaidekaphobia • Some believe the fear is born from many christian superstitions about the number 13, and Friday • The Knights Templar were arrested on the 13th and later executed • In pop culture a hockey-masked killer was introduced to moviegoers in the Friday the 13th Franchise • Other common “don’t do” superstitions: walking under a ladder, breaking a mirror, or crossing paths with a black cat • I’m in trouble because I cross paths with this black beauty numerous times a day, every day.
