natures patterns
Our walk today was down the road past the church and along the bank of the R Derwent as far as Peckwash Mill. We hadn't done this walk since the last lockdown. The autumn colours are fading fast and it was looking down that I found what I thought would make an interesting shot. The fresh looking moss on the stone paving just caught my eye.
The extra is looking back over the sheep, grazing on a field of fodder beet, to the Parish church.
