Happy dogs

Another walk along the beach this morning. Set off a bit later so the tide was chasing us off at times. ‘Accidentally’ had ‘breakfast’ at Sandsend cafe again. On the way back I pretty much walked the whole way in the sea until there was no beach left. Which was basically at the end of the promenade. It was ‘interesting’ getting ourselves and the dogs off the beach at that point. Toby refused to come my way because that meant wading through crashing waves and running round rocks at opportune moments. Instead he chose to follow Cathie scrambling up the cliff edge but he then got completely swamped in mud and was relieved when Cathie pulled him out. Haha! (It had been pretty wet.)
Once back the rest of the day was pretty much relaxing in front of the box, reading and crocheting. :)
